We went to watch my brother race in Rock Island and I suggested we watch at a corner because you see more crashes there...
Then we saw the "protective padding" on the pole and thought it was so funny!
So my speed racer brother (in the blue and yellow) flew past us several times. As the bikers were getting ready to come our way again, Aunt Shar took Georgia towards the corner to show her the "funny padding", when all of the sudden the racers crashed and flew about five feet in-front of them. Needless to say that scared me, I never want to see a crash again (I was shaking for about 10 minutes) and my brother survived that crash and a few others, but one finally got him!
But he was still smiling, though I don't know about the next day! He did have the best cheering section ever, so I guess that is really something to smile about!
